  • Good nutrition WILL improve your well being and make you feel like you have achieved something. 
  • Well balanced nutrition plan will stop cravings as you will still be eating the foods you desire. 
  • Good nutrition will give you the energy and make you stop relying on coffee and other ‘pick me ups’ as you will be getting the energy from the food you love.
  • Good nutrition will reduce the risk of several health related illness including lowers cholesterol
  • Good nutrition doesn’t mean you have to live under a rock!
  • It doesn’t mean you can’t leave the house because every pub or restaurant is naughty. 
  • It doesn’t mean you have to sit eating separate foods to the kids.
  • It Doesn’t mean bland food like plain salads or cottage cheese (bahhhhh! awful stuff that). 
  • We will help change your perception on clean eating. I always say I would rather someone ate well 80% of the time than someone that ate well 100% of the time. You ask why? The simple reason being if you did it 100 % you will hate the food, you will hate the diet and you won’t enjoy the process. Whilst an 80/20 split means you can still have a naughty freddo (if you have a healthy wallet nowadays … 30p) and eat interesting food and still lose the ‘timber’.
